The linked API is for dashboard folders. My understanding is that alert will have a separate folder system, that is alert folders will not be visible in dashboard view and vice versa. But permissions API will then work on both folder systems? |

Since all the requests will be send to grafana (and proxied from there) these routes are obsolete: we can call the existing folder API instead.
