Request

As described in Writing documentation for Flow components, each docs page for a flow component should have a "debug metrics" section. I believe our documentation is out of date at the moment, and will need to be re-synced.

We may also need to cover switches such as DisableHighCardinalityMetrics, mentioned in grafana/agent#4769.

Use case

Having up to date docs.
