Update appkit to latest. Enables data overlay, tag resize, and matterport features in the Scene Viewer panel.
What this PR does / why we need it:
Enable features in the Scene Viewer panel to support the TwinMaker release.

Tested the Scene Viewer panel locally with a scene that has an annotation widget (data overlay), a large tag (tag resize), and integrated with Matterport.
