"Sign out" looks like a tab and therefore indicates that it is a part of the navigation. One would expect it to open another tab when clicking on it while it actually sings out the user.

There are two possible solutions:

  1. Change it to a button and possibly move out from the navigation space.
  2. Remove "Sign out" from this view as it's already here:
