As part of the handover of this plugin, we should:

• Remove the unused "live" code from live.go CloudWatch: remove unused liveLogAction code #44071
• Rework the query timeout to be one timeout instead of a separate start and polling timeout CloudWatch: use one timeout for the whole log query #44074
• Use the new query header for logs CloudWatch: Use new query header in Logs view #43290
• Assorted small refactors CloudWatch: Small logs code refactors #44073
