Profile menu updates

We like the idea of broadening out the Profile menu from today's flyout to a drawer where we can provide a more detailed experience.

Need to determine how this looks when users aren’t logged in. Display a generic icon? Provide sign-in somewhere else?

Additionally, today we use the Profile menu to show the current org for admin users. Will we continue to do that with the new profile menu?
