Tempo - TraceQL field auto-collapses height

The TraceQL editor field sometimes smoothly collapses its height with no input from the user.

Confirmed to be happening in Chrome Version 111.0.5563.147 (Official Build) (64-bit). Using Edge works as a workaround.

It's happening in Edge(version 113.0.1774.42) too

This happens in Edge or Chrome when the zoom level is different from 100%.

The "tags" field in the "Search" tab also appears to be affected.

Seems like while zooming and unzooming the height of the input seems to change so could be related to that in some way but does not seem to happen consistently.
