Hello!

We use Grafana and other alerting system that also has its Web UI. I set execute_alerts to false in grafana.ini but it is still possible to see alerts in Grafana UI. ("Alerting" in menu, tab "Alert" in edit mode, hearts on the dashboards).
It confuses our users.
I think that in grafana.ini should be a key that will hide alerts from Grafana UI.
