Adds a dashboard to the Azure Monitor dashboards folder for Infrastructure Monitoring. The dashboard utilizes Azure Monitor metrics and logs to monitor the current health of your infrastructure resources. It uses a simple traffic-light indicator to indicate whether your Azure infrastructure is in a healthy, warning or unhealthy state. The state of each resource is determined by looking at key performance indicators (KPIs) and whether they have exceeded certain thresholds.
