Development: building process is stuck

What happened?

hello!, i am trying to develop grafana and when i used yarn start to build the rpoject the building got stuck in
● Grafana █████████████████████████ cache (99%)
store build dependencies

related issue at community

make run starts dev server on localhost:3000 successfully

did everything in accordance with the guide

What did you expect to happen?

yarn start works as expected

no

How do we reproduce it?

1. install dependencies
2. launch yarn start on Windows

Is the bug inside a dashboard panel?

OS: windows (wsl)
Go: 1.21.0

i've tried to run it at ububntu via virtual box, the same result, probably i'am doing something wrong
