Dashboard: gdev Templating - Dashboard Links and Variables

We have a variable test with values p1, p2,p3 and All is selected - we the following links:

scenes
url: var-custom=$__all
Dashboard link: var-custom=p1&var-custom=p2&var-custom=p3

old
url: var-custom=All
Dashboard link: var-custom=All

Might be issue here because scenes don't match, but not sure.
