Please add Dynamic Text panel plugin to snapshots.raintank.io #86805

We use the Dynamic Text panel plugin, but when I create a snapshot hosted on snapshots.raintank.io I get the following error:

Panel plugin not found: marcusolsson-dynamictext-panel

This discussion directs us to use github to request plugins be installed on the snapshot server:

I don't know if it is a common enough scenario to warrant its own template, so here I am just using "chore".
