In Cell Value Inspect DIsplay Value Mappings Value

Why is this needed:

For a table, if a Field with name has a Value Mappings override and a Cell Options > Cell Value Inspect override, the cell value inspect does not display the value mappings and only displays the original value. This is an issue because as outlined in #25623, tables don't support text wrapping so a community solution outlined is to use cell value inspect. If the value mapping is long, then you cannot see the full value because there is not text overflow and cell value inspect shows the original value instead of the mapped value.

What would you like to be added:

Either the cell value inspect shows the mapped value or the cell value inspect provides an option to switch between the original value and the mapped value.

Who is this feature for?

Anyone who uses the value mappings for specific values to map to an explanation that is longer text in a table cell.
