Time Formatter Transformation does not work if applied after a Organisation Tranformation

What happened?

Customised Dashboard that involved both time formatting transformation of ISO 18601 time series field AND an organization transformation.

What did you expect to happen?

time formatting transformation should work regardless of position, as all it does is format a field. Instead it only works when placed BEFORE the organisation transformation step. If placed afterward, regardless of if you update/create a new/bumble around trying to fix it, it won't work.

How do we reproduce it?

1. Set up time series data going in, then use the time formatter transformation, followed by an organisation step
2. Notice that it doesn't work as expected.
3. Shift the time formatter before the organisation step, notice that it works.

Is the bug inside a dashboard panel?

i cannot reproduce it on play.grafana.org, can you try the latest grafana build [1] and see if this is still a problem for you. please attach a debug dashboard for us [2].
