Grafana changes Folder yaml after grr apply making grr diff not equal #220

Grafana version v8
After grr apply to grafana folder, grafana itself changes version, created, updated and adds id values.
Repeating grr apply is going to upload these values again and again.
So either grr should ignore these fields for dashboard folders or grafana api workflow should be fixed.
