Make --log-level=debug verbose or fix its behaviour

Hello.
My grafana has at least one dashboard which is ignored by apply command. I am not able to find the reason because --log-level=debug as verbose as --log-level=info - which means absolutely 0 debugging info.
Here is what I see:
