I guess CI isn't running because this isn't a PR to I confirmed the build works locally and renders mostly fine (I'll open an issue about a minor thing soon). So if the content changes look fine to you, we could merge this and see it on staging in the #640 build. |

This does some of my suggestions in #640, syncs the English and Spanish installation instructions, and adds the Spanish troubleshooting document.
