The current README.md provides an example of using extensions with the xk6-output-prometheus-remote. As of k6 v0.42.0, Prometheus is directly supported by core k6 (and the grafana/k6 image).
Update the extensions example section to utilize a different extension requiring a custom image to be built, i.e. xk6-sql or xk6-output-influxdb to stick with a custom output.
