Currently the query-frontend only applies fair scheduling but we want to leverage to improve reliability and speed of queries.

To do so we want to implement:

The first task is to find a way to create a query pipeline in the query frontend that can downstream Pyroscope queries to queriers. In the future we probably want to create a query scheduling engine.
