this a copy of the sql editor from core grafana (main branch). we can't use that one yet in astradb since it's not released yet, also would require astradb to use 9.2+ of grafana.
this allows us to use sql editor in grafana 8.x. this is a tactical/temporary solution which should make it easy to migrate to the core grafana sql builder later
