Updates dependencies to the latest. Tweaks URI handling to deal with some small changes in
urijs. Conforms code style to the latest rules instandard. All tests pass.I tried to do some runtime tests for the bits that happen at runtime. CSV handling with
papaparseworks in my tests.Leaves
