What this PR does:
The Tempo / Reads dashboard has a panel at the bottom with TempoDB Access metrics. But none of the underlying metrics seem to emitted anymore.
The missing metrics:
I'm guessing we are not emitting these metrics anymore, though I haven't been able to find what replaced them.
