Worldmap panel and Grafana 8 #323

Hello!

Since I updated Grafana to version 8, the Worldmap panel shows this error:
Error loading: grafana-worldmap-panel

The Worldmap panel icon is also broken in the panel list.

(I'm running Grafana in docker on a Azure App Service.)

Same at me, with grafnana 8.0.3 it worked yet, with 8.0.5 I also get: Error loading: grafana-worldmap-panel

v8.0.5 also does not work

Migrated to GeoMap panel in Grafana 8.1, works great!
