Specifically, the Maven classpath was no longer being forwarded along to Gradle causing some configuration issues. Matches Issue in MAVEN-221. I have tested this quite a bit to verify that this fixes the issues regarding REST testing as well as standard UrlMapping. This may also correct MAVEN-222 (as was indicated by Robert Osburn), but I haven't tested this.
