JEvrc README
============

JEvrc is a reusable open source Java library for reading public data from
the Serbian/EU eVRC card, build on top of javax.smartcardio and released
under the GNU LGPLv3 license.

It is designed close to the JFreesteel library for reading Serbian eID
card: https://github.com/grakic/jfreesteel
