Change "url" to "URL".

Semi related to this in the Narrated Web Site web pages reports options tabs a few spelling and correction would be appreciated also

  • "Html options" to "HTML Options"
  • On the "Translations" tab changing the first letter of the five language options eg: "second language" to "Second language"
  • and for consistency with the other tab headings upper case the second word in "Extra pages" !

The next release is looking good 👍😊
