Use case
Visitor is searching for a widely known grantmaker (e.g. Oregon Community Foundation). As the organization files Form 990 (not Form 990-PF), they do not appear in results. Need a way to inform visitors, especially first time visitors, of a) the limitations of the source dataset (e.g. electronic filers only), and b) the limitations of Grantmakers.io (e.g. 990-PFs only).

Options

  1. Add/Update existing 'no results' text
  2. Add 990 results if 'no results' found (added as new Issue)

Discussion
Existing 'no results' text does have a line explaining the source is the electronic dataset, but a) it's hidden at the bottom, and b) it doesn't mention anything about Grantmakers.io being focused exclusively on Form 990-PF. The FAQ covers all these points, so the exercise is how to best present the information at the time of searching, specifically when 'no results' are found.

Long term, it would be awesome to add 990 info to search results, but that would be a much larger project (e.g. entire existing infrastructure - update scripts, normalization functions, search ranking, etc - is completely focused on the 990-PF).
