We do not take care about the direction for foot routing but especially when going opposite direction we have to take care regarding sidewalk=no taggings like here

Not sure what exactly is the problem here.

Do you have an expected route which should be happening instead? Perhaps the following?
https://graphhopper.com/maps/?point=52.64154%2C1.21015&point=52.641534%2C1.209054&point=52.640599%2C1.207429&point=52.63895%2C1.20788&locale=en-US&vehicle=foot&weighting=fastest&elevation=true&use_miles=false&layer=OpenStreetMap ?

The data on OSM is accessible here:
http://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=19/52.64046/1.20876&layers=D
This clearly shows Bewfield Road and Chapel Break Road as sidewalk=no.

My recollection was that sidewalk=no is accepted in routing as a 'lowish' priority, based on allowing routing to destinations (ie. if needing to access a place on a no-sidewalk road!), and also for long-distance or poor roads where the only route may be along a 'main' road, for example. I don't fully understand the difference between the new hike/foot profiles (so perhaps it fits within those profiles), but perhaps following some ideas in #836 there could be a 'safe' or 'urban' or 'segregated walkway' profile which simply disregards sidewalk=no, except for start/end parts?

I more meant this so it goes the opposite direction of the roundabout

This clearly shows Bewfield Road and Chapel Break Road as sidewalk=no.

Yes, so other a completely different route like you suggested (but we can only know best from local knowledge) or the flow of the traffic? I'm unsure.

hike/foot profiles

foot is more 'shortest' path but still without dangerous roads where hike is more for 'tourism', plus allows some more OSM ways in the mountains

but perhaps following some ideas in #836 there could be a 'safe' or 'urban' or 'segregated walkway' profile which simply disregards sidewalk=no

Probably a tuning parameter like safe=true for the profile is better suited and something like this could come with improvements of #730
