Fix a couple Ruru issues

Description

• Fixes Ruru explorer inputs are truncated when entered rapidly #1845
  • Upstream patch used; we're using a pre-release version currently
• Fixes Ruru: Headers are not being sent to ws.connectionParams when running subscription query #1857
  • By passing subscriptionsUrl rather than a wsClient directly, we inherit GraphiQL's own handling of this
• Fixes Ruru incorrectly reports that deprecated argument does not exist #1816
  • We needed to opt-in

Performance impact

Negligible.

Security impact

None known (bugfixes).
