Implement oneblock-suffix parameter for ingestor #32

Firehose instrumentation for other chains such as Ethereum and Areweave support a parameter like mindreader-node-oneblock-suffix. This parameter adjusts the one-block filename replacing the word "default" with some custom name. Obviously "ingestor" is used instead of "mindreader" here.

eg on Juno, the first file is:

0004136532-20220728T210000.0-A03A58FC--4136532-default.dbin.zst

Rationale: when you run multiple ingestors, some s3 servers (namely ceph) have issues with the same file being uploaded multiple times at the same time and get confused.

Merger should already support handling merging these multiple files.
