Resolves #213.

This PR adds a new implementation of graph init that walks the user through an interactive form and allows to bootstrap a subgraph from an existing contract, either by using a local ABI file or by downloading the ABI from Etherscan.

It also runs git init, yarn install and yarn codegen for users so that they can deploy the subgraph right away.
