remove forced scrollbar in docs

We had conversation about it what is going to happend if there is for example 4 tabs? Space should be split between all tabs or something different? Or something different like open new one and hide top level?

Behavior should be like this:
Automatically show up to 3 columns, then scroll in the columns.
User still should be able to make the columns wider.

What this issue is referring to: When there is no need for scrollbars, don't show them.
Here we only have 2 columns in the example, so don't show the scrollbars when they're not needed
