Changes:

In the SDL, we add a question mark, this has the behavior of the field being expressly nullable
Anything that does not have a question mark is not supposed to be nullable ie if there is no value, then there MUST be an error in the errors array.
Introspection part: A flag that would indicate that a client is aware of this behavior and gets introspection that’s aware of this nullability
