Many devs don't have recurring income. It'd be good if i was able to simply say "10% of every invoice I send gets sent to gittip for me to distribute amongst the projects I used to generate the work in this invoice."

See #27 for project tips. Right now Gittip is focused on people.

See #113 for so-called "pre-paid accounts." Pushing money in rather than pulling it would erode confidence in that money as a base of gift income for the recipient. We're talking on the related one-off payments ticket (#5) about allowing this but separating it out in a person's profile.
