We've decided on #126 to move forward with Payoneer for international payouts. This ticket is to track the approval process.

I need to update the cc/bank account form to link to the terms of service and privacy policy. Ticketed as #484.

I had a call with Mollie to make sure we are still on track and to make sure I understand what they're looking for in our terms of service. "The most important thing is the when, why, and how of payment flow. What do people need to do in order for you to pay them? When do they receive payment? How do they receive payment?" Let's revisit the terms of service with that in mind.

Our application has been rejected by Payoneer. Here is a quote from Mollie in sales:

The reason that we weren’t given the go is that Payoneer supports company payouts and is licensed only to do payouts. Your business model was more complicated in that respect but over these past months I thought we could still push it through. As a company we need to make sure that the original source of funds comes from a company and not from individuals and the bottom line here is that all money is from private funding, something that we cannot regulate.
