Org Chart

Org Chart

Teams

Teams besides core are folded in from separate radars that didn't have enough vitality to remain separate.

Core

The mission of the core team is to steer Gratipay as a whole in pursuit of our overall mission: to cultivate an economy of gratitude, generosity, and love.

Scope

This radar implicitly covers everything in the Gratipay organization that is not explicitly covered by another radar. It explicitly covers:

Marketing

The mission of the marketing team is to communicate with the market, listening for problems relevant to our organizational mission, and sharing our solutions.

Scope

Upcoming

Support

The mission of the support team is to help people use our products.

Scope

Product

The mission of the product team is to design and implement solutions to the problems identified by the marketing team.

    2. Tighten Onboarding Flow
    3. Solve Corporate Sponsorship of Open-Source
  3. Knock take-what-you-want out of the park:

We gotta get the org chart and teams out onto inside.gratipay.com. This ticket is so top-heavy it's about to fall over! O.o

The most important thing to me right now is capital (#405). My contract with COS is up at the end of the year. I could maybe re-up with them, and I do have a lead on another contract, but I really want to work on Gratipay full time again in 2017. We're not close enough on revenue for that, so to make that a reality we would need outside funding.

From @dmk246 in private SMS re: our HackerOne queue (shared with permission):

Bam! All tickets up to date as far as comments go! Woohoo! (Until they write back) LOL

It's hard for the rest of us to see since it's private, but it takes a lot of work to stay on top of our HackerOne queue. I'm really grateful to @dmk246 for the job she's doing over there.

!m @dmk246 💃

Same goes for our Freshdesk (customer support) queue, of course. !m @mattbk :-)
