At the moment we still need onboarding and todo links. The onboarding link should explain how a person can contribute to the project development without needing to ask first; here is a document you can copy/use/modify if you need inspiration. The todo link needs to be a list of tasks that people can perform to help the project--usually a GitHub issue queue.
