Description

What happened:
The gravity flannel fork is missing upstream patches for flannel-io/flannel#1155

This causes the flannel overlay network to fail, and in our experience several VMs also to boot with identical mac addresses. There is a workaround available listed flannel-io/flannel#1155 (comment). However, instead of rebooting, we simply relaoded systemd and restarted networkd.

Tracking issue for pulling in upstream fixes / changes to flannel.
