[v11] Update e submodule

Submodule [e] updated from d4ea25 to 0339bd

I don't see d4ea25 on branch/v11 Was this wrong to begin with?

Not sure, I just did a git submodule update --init --recursive in teleport branch/v11 before changing e to be on branch branch/v11. Looks like that commit is here:

If you look at teleport branch/v11 the e submodule does indeed point to that commit

Yep, I checked with @Joerger. This was incorrectly pointing to a dev branch for the past 4 weeks, but this update looks good.
