discovery service renaming implemented in #28845
cli updates across various PRs are all done as well, except
tsh appbecause we don't support app discovery currently.edit: the RFD mentions backporting CLI UX changes as part of the impl. I am holding off on that until we start the test plan, to avoid backporting any cli bugs into a release since the surface area of code changed there was pretty large and kinda complicated.
