  1. Header Connection: close causes kubectl to fail exec 

    The header `Connection: close` causes failure in kubetl when it upgrades
the connection to SPDY.

The `ReadTimeout` and `WriteTimeout` are known to cause problems to
Kubernetes watch streams.

Fixes #33020
