Issue in progress, we should choose between:

  1. A user should always have at least one environment (DEFAULT ?)
  2. Change the routing in the console so a user with only organization permissions could only see the organization settings screen.

after an analysis with @phiz71, we conclude that a user always have at least one environment and so the permissions associated. so, no dev to do for the moment.
