Dashboard for analytics are shown from all environments

Describe the bug :

The dashboards of the Analytics are shared between the environments. They should be on environment scope and not shared between them.

This issue is when multiple environments are on one installation (With cockpit)

Expected behaviour :

Every environment should have its own dashboards.

Current behaviour :

The dashboards are mixed up and you can see the dashboards of other environments regardless on which environment you are on.
