Fix permissions for new ng routes

Audit of the permissions in the routes

Verify that if user does not have the proper permissions to perform an action, the button is hidden.

If the data does not allow for the action to be completed (i.e. the last endpoint cannot be deleted), the button should be disabled.

To test once “User and group access” is implemented for v4 APIs or when the Entrypoints and Endpoints pages are migrated to non-v4 APIs - Test criteria in first comment under Activity.
