After creation of a plan, user should be redirected to the staging view

After creating a new plan for my API, the user is redirected to the list of published plans.

Does it make sense to redirect him to the staging plan instead, so he can see the plan he just created?

✅ Acceptance criteria

• After creating a plan for a v4 api, then user is redirected to the list of STAGING plans for this API
• After creating a plan for a v2 api, then user is redirected to the list of STAGING plans for this API
• After saving of the edition of a plan for v4 api, then user is redirected to list of current plan STATUS
• After saving of the edition of a plan for v2 api, then user is redirected to list of current plan STATUS
