Description

When we want to duplicate an API with its members, the primary owner of the source API is not "duplicated" (unless it was himself that duplicates the API)

If the user that duplicates an API is a member of that API, it will have two roles in the duplicated API (primary owner and the existing role in the source API). From the PoV of the Management API it is not an issue (we collect ALL the permission to test them), but it is not consistent with the UIhttps://gravitee.atlassian.net/browse/APIM-2504
