Configure logging mode link not working

Describe the bug :

"Configure logging mode" link in UI does not work.

To Reproduce :

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Create dummy API
2. Call the api to have at least 1 log available
3. Open the log
4. Click on any of the "configure logging mode" links in the consumer/gateway sections on both request/response.

Expected behaviour :

When you click the link "configure logging mode" it should open the page where you configure the logging for the api.

Current behaviour :

When you click the link nothing happens.

This issue has been fixed in versions 4.2.0, 4.1.1, 4.0.10
