Add members button does not work for group admin

Describe the bug :

The add members button does not work for the Group Admin user. When you click the button nothing happens.

To Reproduce :

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Create a group and add a user as Group Admin.
2. Log in with the Group Admin user, and try to add another user to the group.

Expected behaviour :

When you click the button to add members, the UI to choose users to add to the group should appear.

Current behaviour :

Nothing happens when you click the button.
