Deprecated API is displayed as Published on Dashboard (CE only), Published appears twice #9249

If the user marks an v2 API as Deprecated then this is counted as Published in the API Lifecycle State on the Dashboard (Home Board). Not only is the deprecated API displayed as Published but now there will be two categories called Published.

I compared it with EE but there it works better, a deprecated API is really counted as deprecated.

This issue has been fixed in versions 4.1.0
