Jaeger not working in with APIM 4+

Describe the bug :

Unable to install Jaeger plugin in APIM version 4. Issue is not present on APIM version 3.

To Reproduce :

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Since Jaeger plugin is now bundled by default in APIM 4, you will only need to enable it in gravitee.yml
2. Go to gravitee.yml on GW
3. Enable tracing, by default it should be Jaeger
4. Restart the component
5. Open the logs of the GW and you should see the error 'An error occurs while installing plugin: jaeger-tracer'

Expected behaviour :

The plugin should install without any issues.

This issue has been fixed in versions 4.0.11, 4.2.0, 4.1.2
